Thoughts For The Ride
Please come 15 minutes early to sign in and pay.
If you must cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance.
Horses work for hugs. Drivers work for tips.
We operate in all weather conditions, so dress accordingly!
If riding in winter, remember to dress in layers as the wind and temps can make for a cold trip for any age rider. Blankets are provided but feel free to bring along another.
Rides are by reservation only. Please call ahead to reserve your ride.
Have your credit card ready as it is required for holding all reservations.

Beaver Lodge, Winter Park, CO
Join us this summer at Beaver Lodge in Winter Park, Colorado for old-fashioned wagon rides that are fun for the kids' birthday, office party or for whole family! Gather your crew to enjoy an exciting ride pulled by our beautiful draft horses, Dick and Jane or Travis & Tracy. Our Amish built wagons will take you on a scenic ride along the Fraser River, through the meadow, and the woods to stop at Cowboy Camp. The rides last about 45 minutes to 1 hour and can include lunch or dinner of pulled pork or BBQ brisket with all the fixin's!Reservations must be made in advance to ensure availability.

Sleigh Rides at Beaver Lodge
In winter, join us for sleigh rides, bonfires, and hot cocoa! Our winter ride follows the same rout as our summer wagon rides, but with a stop half way through at Cowboy Camp for a bon fire and a mug of hot cocoa to warm you up for the ride back to the Lodge! We provide extra blankets to keep you warm, but remember to bundle up in plenty of layers! |
| Sleigh Rides in Fraser, Colorado
Come and tour our historical meadow on our great 3 mile ride. On this delightful excursion, sounds of nature couple with sleigh bells and some of the most beautiful scenery and wildlife in the state of Colorado. You will see views of the Continental Divide and former President Eisenhower’s favorite get-away destination, Byers Peak Ranch. This ride also offers blankets, a bonfire and hot cocoa. Our mini wagon or pretty red sleigh are perfect for the private ride. Weather it's for your romantic proposal or for the family outing, our private wagon or sleigh rides will give the same experience all that our public rides offer, but with the ability of extra accommodation at request.
